Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Verbena

Ingredients:

One Part Chamomile

One Part Lavender

Half Part Lemon Verbena


Process:

Mix together and add a heaping teaspoon into a tea strainer. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy a relaxing tea before bed or when you're feeling anxious.

This tea is floral and slightly earthy from the lemon verbena. The scent of lavender helps calm the nerves, and the lemon verbena and chamomile calm the soul.
