Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth

A nod to the Americano's bigger brother. This cocktail is bitter sweet and strong. It makes for an easy drink to pre-batch for parties, and is an easy drink to remember how to make. In Sydney, it was very popular to have Negroni's on tap. Quick, easy and effective.

Ingredients:

1 oz Gin

1 oz Campari

1 oz Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth

Garnish:

Orange Peel

Process:

Stir all ingredients in a beaker with ice and strain into a rocks glass with one large cube.

Easy peasy, orange peel squeezy.
